Generally orders are shipped through USPS with a tracking number. Please contact us if you would like to use another shipping method.
Couriers vary depending on the country. Please contact us if you have a special courier request.
It is always very helpful to provide your phone number for international delivers so the courier can contact you for any queries relating to your delivery.
Note: We kindly ask that the buyer is responsible for all customs charges or local taxes relating to their purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis. Returns are accepted if the cause for return is based on an error on mini-malist's part.
You must notify us of a return/exchange within 72 hours of receiving your product(s) and it will need to be back in the mail to me within 7 days of receiving. Contact: email@example.com
Please be sure to get proof of delivery, as I cannot responsible if the items do not reach us. Custom orders & pillow inserts are non returnable/non refundable.
